San Juan Transfer Station

Living on an island is something very special; it does, however, bring its own set of challenges – especially when it comes to protecting island environments.

The San Juan Transfer Station (a division of Lautenbach Recycling), north of Friday Harbor on Sutton Road, has been managed by Lautenbach Recycling since 2014 with a recycling philosophy of Re-Think, Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.

Hours:
Monday: 9AM-12PM
Tuesday-Thursday: CLOSED
Friday-Sunday: 9AM-4PM

We’re proud to be a partner with our island community, educating residents on the need for recycling, and working with them to protect the community and environments that they call home.
